npc's don't spawn (scientist do), the auto turrets don't spawn at safe zones and recyclers don't spawn

Hey, I believe I replied to you earlier on discord:

Other than the server files being corrupted or a plugin messing with the entities you mentioned, I don't know what could be causing that
