plugin depends not working

I am encountering an issue with the NPC Spawn plugin on my Rust server. When the NPC Spawn is active, the heavy scientists on the small Oil Rig freeze and fail to move properly. This problem prevents me from using other paid modules that depend on this plugin.

I have tested the setup multiple times, but the issue persists only when NPC Spawn is enabled. Could you please assist me in resolving this or provide advice on what might be causing the conflict?

Do you have a plugin called AdminChinook, or any other plugins regarding the chinook or oil rig?

I will look in our Discord as there have been at least 2 or 3 plugins that had recently started creating issues mostly with the chinook so I have a feeling you may have a similar issue as has been found.

I don't have any other plugin installed for events other than the ones specified: Armed Train, Gas Station Event, and Convoy. I don't have an event manager plugin or others. If I disable NPC spawn, the heavy scientists on the Oil Rig work fine.

Would you by chance be able and interested in jumping into the Mad Mapper Discord? There is a link in the download or in my profile here on Codefling.

I have not been able to reproduce this but we can dig into it and try to find the source of the issue.

You don't have any oil rig related plugins either correct? Just to confirm.

Oh and I also wanted to ask if you see anything in console such as errors around the time that they being called and arriving?
