key cards not working

players are reporting that the key cards are not working to open the doors in the sub (red keycard)

How are the red cards obtained that they are trying to use? Looking into an issue where players have died inside the room and are using another plugin to generate a red card from another basic card like a green for example. Currently looking into that process and wondering if this might be similar in some way.

i have no plugins that do that with cards, everything is from the drops, gathering, looting etc...

And just to see if this is similar to the other recent report, is it the first opening or after someone has died and they are trying to enter again?

they haven't said but i would assume first opening.  no reports of deaths

Is the plugin up to date and are there any errors when loading?

I am not having any issues myself testing the current version on a test server. Happy to help continuing to look into it though.

yes up to date and compiling.  the reports are from 2 different servers i run with different players reporting the issue.

Yes it is not even making the sound when it is swiped. Let us test on our end and I will get back to you.
