trying to do a chat command it says it does not exist

i am trying to add dungeon events and they use chat commands to randomly create them and when i try to add that to EM, it tells me that command does not exist. i am trying with and without the /. /createdungeon easy    is the command. 

i have copied and pasted the command.

can you show me exactly how you added the event?
