let admins see the upgrade or contribute to them

as an admin, I have to go research which json files have the furnaces data etc, when the player can just look at it and easily see. if you could add an admin permission, so that members of another group are able to easily see the current levels, and purchase levels for whatever furnace they are looking at, would make it a lot easier.

Since you already have perms in there, this should be a simple ask i hope.

in case you ask, i have it set to this already, but this does not do anything for players not the owner, or not in the owners team like an admin
