Masive spam and falling through the water

I bought the map Primewa Island from Shemov,  the map gives log files of 10 to 30 mb with the fault:  Failed to create agent because it is not close enough to the NavMesh.
So this map need to be fixt !  The log is a startup log without plugins.

The map is great, but with these faults it a wasted of money!
Theres also a fault in the harbor on M2 you just fall through the water on to the bottom

I think i found the problem, its not the map sorry for that!
There was an Oxide.Ext.ChaosNPC.dll  update today and when i used it the spam is gone!
 

Sadly not its still spamming even when i remove Oxide.Ext.ChaosNPC.dll

Changed Fixed In to 3.5
