The problem is when I at first place enhance item and after that Skin that item all enhance gone.

so first i skin the item then enhance

ok after small changes in skinner settings all is GOOD

to prevent this situation need change this:
"Apply names of skins to skinned items": true,

to this:
"Apply names of skins to skinned items": false,
