Is there a way to change the config file so i can use a custom chat ID like "Chat Steam64ID"  <Steam64ID>

Hi.
The problem is that if I change the avatar of a message, then I can't send them in different languages to different players on the server.
If you have an example of a plugin that implements lang messages with an avatar in a chat, let me know.
