Personal Animals and Raidable Bases Bug

If you ride on the animals, you can enter a raidable base's dome in PvE, even if it's locked to a specific player. Right now, I need to disable this riding feature. Otherwise, my players can ride into raidable bases that don't belong to them.

Hi, I've added an option to dismount player when entering RaidableBase. However, it will dismount the player even if he is allowed to enter the RaidableBase
