Low and Med only give Horse Running Speed

I see in the config that low quality joint should give wood boost, but it appears it only gives a boost to horse running speed. Am I missing something here?

This is only the item description of horse shoes which Ganja uses as a base item for joints. The actual boosts can be changed in the config and can not be displayed on the item itself.
