Raid protection not working

Ok here is the scenario. 

i have raid protection set at 50 percent while online and 100 percent while offline

both work as intended

however when actively raiding a player and they log off you only have a set time to finish the raid and that timer doesnt reset as intended 

so i have it set to 120 seconds and the other timer is 5 minutes and after 2 minutes it goes strait to 100 percent protection

So the Delay After Taking Damage is more of a setting for the delay a player must wait before they can manually start protection in the case that they are being online raided. The Delay for offline protection is the time that starts right after all owners go offline before protection starts. If the owner is already offline, then the Delay After Taking Damage no longer applies - instead it will continue to reset the Delay for offline protection as long as the building is attacked.

so i am actively raiding someone and they log off. the timer should keep resetting so long as i am still booming. however that is not happening. the protection switches to 100 percent at the 2 minute mark. even when i am booming before they go offline

Damage resets timer when owner is offline - If this is set to true, then if a raid has already started on a structure that has offline only protection, but the protection hasn't kicked in yet (due to a delay timer) then the attackers can continue to raid indefinitely as long as they continue to do damage while the owner(s) are offline. If this is set to false, then the attackers will only have a certain amount of time to continue their raid if the owner(s) are offline.

so there is one part of this documentation that may have me confused. 

If this is set to true, then if a raid has already started on a structure that has offline only protection,

the offline only protection part here.

I have online protection set to 50 percent and offline set to 100 percent. but it says has offline only protection. 

does this mean that because i offer 50 percent online protection that this feature will not work and the timer will never reset

ok just tested and that is exactly what is happening if i have 0 percent online protection and 100 offline the timer resets. but if i have 50 percent online and 100 offline the timer no longer resets. can this be changed. we really want this to work with online and offline protection.
