Combining Planter Box Limits

1- Despite setting a limit for the normal large planter box, the same amount can be placed for the Rail Road Planter box. The problem is that some people want to use one type, and others want to use another type. Is it possible to merge the limits?

For example, if someone places 15 large planter boxes, they should only be able to place 5 Rail Road Planter boxes if the global limit is 20. The same issue exists for smaller planter boxes as well.

2- I use the Killyou Clans plugin. Despite setting it to be valid for clans, it doesn't work. Clan members can still place the designated amount individually.

the clans issue has been fixed, as for the planter box suggestion. This would make it that the core function of how the plugin works and would potentially hinder performance. I'll note it as a requested feature for future updates
