upon launching server I am getting 

Error while compiling TrainBuildPlugin: { expected | Line: 166, Pos: 32

This compiles fine on Carbon, let me check Oxide, your error indicates a possible syntax issue. This leads me to believe you have an edited CS file. 

please re-download the latest version and try to recompile.

I am having the same issue with Oxide. I download a fresh file, and started with a fresh map.
