Failed to Initialize on Server Reboot

After Dec 5th Update seeing this on server reboots every single time now

I tested it multiple ways.
seeing you posted several support request for different plugins on startup

if 1 harmony patch was unsuccesfull it will stop every harmony patching from happening so failing on initialising on several plugins doing so.
