Images still not Loading (not fixed since 2 Months)

I posted this already but it somehow got deleted.

Images are still not loading when connecting. Even after wiping everything (inclusive .sv files). I'm on Carbon.

In the logs I see an error from this Plugin which says ImageLibrary is not loaded but it loads later on Server start.

Can this be addressed please?

Still not working. 3 Months now. ImageLibrary is not the issue I delete the sv files.
