Calling hook CanLootEntity resulted in a conflict between the following plugins: HeliSignals - True (Boolean), PreventLooting (False (Boolean))

probably have a discrepancy between your Heli Signals config and Prevent Looting config for looting crates. For example if you allow team, clan etc to loot in Heli Signals, but have it disabled in Prevent Looting, this could result.

i checked. both use teams. But i switched heli signals to clans see if that stops it.

Any update with this?
