Recycler eats loot

My Staff told me:
 What actually happens, is that when the /recycler command is used, a “dummy” recycler is created at coordinates 0, 0, 0 (absolute center of the map) where the recycler spits out the excess items (or the items that get “eaten”) instead of dropping at the position of the player that uses the recycler.
