tugboat tp

when players get a tugboat, there are reports that they go get in it "i thought i lagged to ladder but i was fine and my teamate has the same problem"

this has happened more than once since wipe.  

I don't understand the issue from your description.

Not sure what can go wrong though; the plugin simply spawns a tugboat at a position once paid for. If there are mounting issues etc, it shouldn't relate to my plugin.
