Just remove the last > from the console and the url will work

Does the plugin loaded on the server? or it just unloaded and locate in the plugins folder?

it's works fine for me, try to move the plugin reload the updatechecker and move back the plugin 

I don't know what it is, its bugged, I've even started new config and still does it.

I take out and put back in.

I reload the plugins.
