Issues with Purchased Discord Bot

I recently purchased your Discord bot, but unfortunately, I’ve encountered several problems:

The bot consistently throws errors during operation, making it unusable.

The installation and setup instructions are incomplete, and I had to search for additional solutions on my own, which was not mentioned at the time of purchase.

I’ve already tried reaching out to the author/developer, but either received no response or couldn’t resolve the issues.

I kindly request a refund as the product does not meet the advertised standards. I am submitting this support request as a formality to document my efforts to resolve this matter.

This error is something to do with your username / password try changing them and make sure to not use an special characters
