REQUEST: /spawnpatrol command

Would like a command to spawn a patrol nearby or where I'm aiming.

Suggestion added to our notes. KpucTaJl goes through them as he updates plugins and will have this to reference when he is looking at WaterPatrol next.

Hello again, I apologize for the strange sequence of messages and the long wait.
Would you like to share what you are going to use this command for?
This is in the proposals, but so far it has not been confirmed by the developer, so I cannot promise that it will be added and I cannot say anything about the implementation time. I think the only reason a developer might not agree to add this is because they fear for a lot of negative usage situations.
