It shouldn't be possible, please send me your virtual quarries config.
I had setups with few thousands of quarries running perfectly fine.

config seems fine, my plugin can't cause constant fps drops, it can technically make "small shutter" once a minute, but not with 60 quarries, maybe it could shutter a little bit with 5000 quarries, but not with 60.
Here profiler output after 1 quarry loop with 258 quarries running.

1.37ms total.
