(Not A Bug) Minutes instead of seconds

Can you add a configuration option that allows you to toggle between minutes and seconds for the /restart <timenumber>? 

Or just change it to minutes.

That too but in my mind, a reasonable default would be going by minutes instead of seconds. Not a HUGE deal. More of a feature request than anything. Just a way to either do something like /restart 60m or /restart 1hr or edit the plugin config to allow us to have some sort of setting we can define it. So the config would see S and know whatever time someone uses is in seconds. If someone does M its minutes if someone does H its hours. Etc. 

Does that make sense?
