How to obtain green liquid from containers

After having some players test it - they are unable to sell to NPC because the liquid has no way to take out of the containers. 

They are using blue water jugs to collect from purifier - after they go with the jug to NPC and it doesn't have an option to sell from the jug.

Is there a different way to sell to NPCs?

Reset the configuration, I changed the type of item in a long-ago plugin update and wrote about it in the changelog, just reset the configuration and follow the new example

The problem has been solved, it is water.salt to change to water
