No NPCs or Zombies

Am I missing something? There's NPCs spawning at the center islands on the map. Does this addon require NPCHorde plugin still? i didn't see it in the download folder I received.

Nevermind, this can be closed. I had to put the dll file into a different folder since I run Carbon instead of Oxide. It's working now. 

Great, I deleted this plugin as it caused a lot of problems and conflicts with other plugins.

Changed Status from Pending to Closed
