Arena Events block

Very cool plugin. Works as expected (minus the minor rubberbanding up cliffs as someone mentioned in other thread)

Any chance for option to prevent the movement speed effect inside of survival arena/paintball ?

I may need to add a command to the plugin that allows for forced disabling of the speeds.
