I changed the upgrades to 0.3 and 5.0 and the glitch still occurs so the issue is not with the upgrade times

alright, do you have bgrade plugin install or any other plugin upgrade plugin like build tools autoupgrade

I do have the bgrade plugin installed, I did not have it enabled for when i was using the tc upgrade ui, I will uninstall the bgrade plugin then try the upgrade

Update : I unloaded the bgrade plugin but the issue still occurs.... 

I installed just TCUpgrade to a local server and it worked normally. So I uploaded all of my server files to the local machine and the issue occurred once more. 

i am going to try to remove plugins one by one to see which one would be causing this issue.

@Iftebinjan OK so I think I found out the cause of the issue. so when I deleted the data file for TCUpgrades by o.unload TCUpgrades, deleting the data file ' TCUpgrades.json ' then o.load TCUpgrades to reload the plugin, and trying upgrade etc, it works. So something goes wrong in the data file  after sometime of using TCUpgrades. It may be best to input a feature to wipe the data file upon server wipe to maybe prevent this in the future.  I say this because Ive had ~200 people come onto my server within the month so Idk if it will keep happening going forward.

@Kaooa this is pretty concerning that upgrading from stone to metal caused it to downgrade to twig. Were you able to upgrade it again or was it stuck in twig? If a large clan base tried upgrading and was downgraded to twig, that could be a disaster to have to deal with.

@Iftebinjan what does the data file have to do with this bug? Why would it be causing twig to not be upgraded to metal or stone to be downgraded? It seems to me that removing the data file on wipe is just a bandaid and not a fix for the real issue.

I am concerned about this because I switched to this plugin from BetterTC because I had a similar issue with BetterTC. We had a large clan base that was made of mixed resources try to upgrade and it downgraded the whole thing to twig. It wouldn't let us upgrade it and the players had to manually upgrade everything by hand again. This happened to us twice and appears to be happening to another buyer as well:

I don't want the same issue with this plugin, so that is why I am writing.

I also dont know the exact reason, possibility is the upgrade time, if its less then 0.3 it just do them instant all at once which might cause this issues.

He said he changed the time back to defaults though and still had issues. He also unloaded the only other building plugin, BGrade. Have you given this any more thought?
