Images in HUD not showing after Server Restart or Wipe

No images are loading at all after a Server restart or wipe. Even all the images are present in the ImageLibrary Data file and of course also on the webservice.

As an addition. The plugin drops this on Server start:

[Hud] ImageLibrary not found. You can download the plugin here - https://umod.org/plugins/image-library.

But Image Library loads later. I'm on carbon.

Any help pls?
