Seems to not want to spawn the botrespawn profile "APC_Kill" unless im doing something wrong.

You have to create a custom Bot profile to spawn, the specific profiles for APC and Heli etc seem to only be triggered on the hooks when those entities die. Try creating a custom profile and call that, it will work.
