Too Close To Road Error

Issue occurs randomly in server restart. Train platforms will not allow building, or upgrading of the structure beyond the floor. 

to fix this simply restart the server twice, upon loading the second time build on rails will be possible. This is an oxide specific behavior and will be patched out soon.

For custom maps, it seems that the 2nd reboot does not help(

Thats because this issue is not related to a custom map, this is a procedurally generated map issue, and only happens on Oxide occasionally .

your issue is due to not replacing the Rail topology with building 

both Rail and Railside need to be replaced by building topology.
