there is a big issue. Everything can be picked up with the "use" button - nothing respawns. Also players can grab each others stuff

Is the plugin actually loaded when all of this is happening?
Have you made any changes to the config?
I tested this on my server yesterday and I wasn't able to pick up any collectibles.
