Should do since it runs a check every 5 secs if its door frame is still there or it breaks the vault door. And the doorframe is building creator linked to the foundation.
If you have a slow server and have restarted it it could be posiable that the componant didnt link on the server restart if the vault door hadnt spawned in on the server by the time the plugin loaded.

A simple test if that has happened is to restart just the plugin
/oxide.reload PersonalVaultDoor

If that fixes it then youll need to just use something like timedcommand plugin to reload the plugin 1-2 mins after the server has started up to make sure everything has spawned in.
