Love the plugin. After the Oct update no drones at any monument. Added radtown in config, no drones before or after.

Apparently you made a vape before updating the plugin. 
You need to unload the plugin, go to /oxide/data/IQSystem/IQDronePatrol and delete Positions.json file, then download the plugin and wait for the new generation of positions
