Suddenly No Longer Unloading Plugins

I don't know when it started exactly, but recently when I turn off a plugin it does not unload it and the switch stays green. I am running Carbon. Not sure if something got updated there or not.

I noticed similar behavior some time ago, but it got fixed short after. 

I am on a short vacation currently, but I will have a look when I am able to again.

I am back and just tried to reproduce the issue, but wasn't able to do so.

Did you double check you are using latest Rust, Carbon and GPlugins Version?
Or did you notice any errors or strange messages in the logs?

Yea, I am on the latest version of everything. It seems to come and go and has been working fine for me as of late. I will check for errors next time it happens, but I don't recall seeing any. 

@ZockiRR you can close this one out. I haven't had this issue for quite some time.
