Damage to Players and Buildings

Can this be made to do damage to players/buildings that is compatible with TruePVE/NextGenPVE? 

If damage is possible, could other forms of damage be considered - Fire, Radiation, Explosion etc

Also, if two separate meteors are called on someone's head (and the player does not move), the meteors stack on top of each other. Maybe randomize the spawn within a ~10m radius to prevent them stacking?

1. I can add option to disable player damage, because as i know it damages players. For building damage there is config for that. I am not sure if it is comapatible with TruePVE because plugin checks for rocket owner (which is 0 in this case) and ignore all rules (i am not sure about this one).

2. I can add other types of damage to the nearest players like radiation, default damage or something.

3. I can add randomize option for direct drop with configurable direct drop radius.
