Turrets not shooting

Hello I have a couple of questions

1. turrets not shooting when players are in the raidable base zone the players can shoot the base shoot around the turret and they only shoot at players if the players shoot at the turret itself and the single turret shoots that player is there a setting to fix this.

2.is there a way to have a base but have items not to be picked up from the base by a player when they raid like a test gen

2. Entities Not Allowed To Be Picked Up in the config file 

there is Allow Players To Pickup Deployables if you want to block them all

normal turrets

is it a PVE or PVP event?

I have a Pve server and its the raidable bases plugin when the bases get pulled up the turrets do not shoot only when you shoot them and they all don't get agro only the one you shoot

what PVE plugin are you using

simple pve plugin I think I fixed it I had to just reinstalled the raidable base plugin its working now thank you for your quick response and do you know about the second question I have
