How not to reset perks after a wipe??

Hello there and friendly greetings!

As per title: I slammed my head on a wall but I cannot understand how to keep perks already choosen after a wipe.

Every each wipe, players need to redistribute XPs and I would like to know if there's a way to avoid that and let the players have their perks thru the wipes.
