stuck on day 2 on get rewards

hello i have recived day one and day two rewards but it stoped working what do i need to do to get it to working again

no errors just wont let me get day 3 rewards are anything

How did you end up fixing this? Players are having the issue where they collect day 1 and no other rewards are redeemable/no timer and all days remain locked

o im not sure i aint messed with it since then im srry
