setting individual perks drop chance

Hello, 

Looking to se if theres anyway to change individual perks drop chances. Say i want to increase just ScientistBane and ScientistWard.

Set the perkWeight attribute to a higher value.

The higher the perkWeight, the more chance that those particular buffs are selected.
