wont let me tp to the player

hello cool plugin but when i go to tp are tp someone to me it freezes up and does nothing i dont know if im doing somthing wrong or what but could use some help if you dont mind 

I've checked and can teleport to anyone except players who haven't logged in this wipe. The menu doesn't freeze, maybe you're just trying to teleport to a player that doesn't exist

well it might not help that i have permission manager in there to right i just need to have admin menu in there 

Can you provide a video with logs from the console, maybe that will give clarity to the error and I can help you out

how do i go about getting you a video new to all this srry
