Issue with the setup and confusion about the template

I purchased and installed the product, but it seems like the CSS isn't working properly, and I can't move forward with the setup. I was under the impression that this would be a PHP or HTML template, but it turns out to be something different from what I expected.

Could you please help me with the installation and configuration? I'd appreciate any assistance in getting it set up correctly, as it's currently not functioning as intended.
