I uploaded the web folder and proceeded without issues to the point where I had to authenticate Discord when logging in.
I went to Images from the dashboard, but I don't see a button for uploading files.
How can I solve this issue?

Did you add your Discord User id in the config.php?

I made the mistake of copying and pasting my ID.
