    For example, I would like to send out an info for each of the joint.
    But if he leaves the game and comes back after 5 minutes, he would receive the message again, which is not desired.

    I use the plugin to actively mark our raid times and I don't want some players to get the message of the raid times 4-5 times just because they are joined several times during the time.

    So don't send them 5 times... 👀 

    If you want to limit the frequency of receiving messages, limit this in the plugin that sends these messages 🙂
