Hi, my images are 500 x 500, but it won't load them, nothing happens, apart from leaving me standing still in front of the poster. What is the difference then, from the plugin that exists to place the images, which is free? Which I also have and it tells me that I have to increase the size, which is also increased to 3.5 MB. I don't mind putting the posters again, but it does work. Tell me if there is an exact size that does not cause problems to place it, thanks.

Try adjusting the image file size in SignArtist.

Hi, please note that we have different time zones so it may take me a while to get back to you. I just installed the update you posted and it worked without any issues. Thanks and I have another question. I have both the free one and yours active. Do I need to have the other one or can I delete it? I'm asking so as not to cause any problems. You have several add-ons that I'm interested in and I'm sure I'll be bothering you several times through this medium.

If you are talking about the free version and the paid version, it is used using Sign Artist.
