Do i need to use Rust Edit to make Outpost Ranch and Bandit Merged ?

Or can i just use MonumentAddons ? and how ?

You can manually place the outpost using RustEdit yes, however ny intention was for users to upload it to rustmaps.com under custom prefabs and generate a map that way. If that way does not work for you, you can open the .map file in the .zip create a prefab using it and place it onto the rustedit map you're using for your wipe. Let me know if you have any more questions
