Use of Skin command results in errors

When using the skin commands /skin  /sb  etc results in the following errors on Server Consul.  The skin box for the inventory does not pop up.  Other commands seem to function correctly.  

 I have recently installed version 2.0.5.   I even downloaded it again and stopped the server deleted all files associated with Skinner, installed the recent download.
