Composter breaks afther server restart

Hello , 

I have a problem where the composter is breaking afther a server restart , I need to remove the composter and replace it for it to work again.

U can't put anything in the composter anymore afther a server restart

Reloading the plugin nothing works , u need to pickup the compuster and replace it to work again

In your settings, in the section "The list of items(short name) available for the composter. Leave empty to use vanilla" an empty string "" is specified.


There should either be a list of allowed items or the list should be left empty.

But I will also add a check for valid names in the next update.
