Extremely slow upgrading

Hey man, I bought your plugin, works great n all. The only thing me and just about everyone has noticed is that the auto upgrade is very slow. Once I click the button, it only upgrades one thing every 2-3 minutes. I set the delay for both permissions 0.01 but nothing changes. I tried a higher number and still nothing too.

Hi, check that you have given permission for cooldown.
