Please can you confirm what version of bank heist are you using, this should be fixed in the lastet version

Are you using any other plugin that may prevent ai from targeting other ai ?

Zone Manager i removed but no change. Can't run the plugin atm its causing server crashes

Can you please provide me with the full stacktrace including the first line and current oxide version of oxide you are running.

Sorry have just migrated maps and i am not running Bank Heist at the moment.
