WPKits not working properly, for claimed kits, still claimable even there is cooldown.

WPKits only displays data from api, everything including claiming is handled by RustKits itself. 
I could not reproduce the issue you describing. Tested on WelcomePanel 4.3.5 and WPKits 1.3.2
